Stop Tolerating Bad Meetings

Stop Tolerating Bad Meetings

Stop participating in bad meetings that have no clear focus or goal.

Your time is far too valuable.

Here is one tip when you find yourself in one of those meetings.

Pause.
Breath.

Ask.

“What in particular are we working on right now?”

If there is no clear goal of the meeting you need to excuse yourself with this statement.

“I will join the team at the next meeting when we have a clearly defined goal and purpose.”

It’s brave.

It’s risky.

It takes courage to speak into an unhealthy and off-track leadership culture.

Honor yourself and honor others by getting your time back to work less, earn more, and do more of what you love in life and business.
